Sales Executive/ Account Executive (MNC, Hung Hom)

Role Overview

The Sales Executive / Account Executive will play a key role in leading the continued growth of the company. Specifically, this individual is responsible for establishing and achieving sales goals and objectives in an assigned territory in support of the Company’s overall strategic plan.

What will I be responsible for?

• Responsible for developing sales of new and existing customers while managing the general accounts
• Generate sales leads and follow up sales activities to achieve business and distribution objectives
• Effectively present and sell product to current and potential clients
• Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations, negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Establish, develop and maintain customer relationships
• Work closely with the customer service and operations team to ensure excellent customer experience
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
• Report market feedback to help improve the sales and marketing process

What experience/skills do I need to be successful in this role?

• Degree holder in related disciplines
• Minimum of 3-year experience in sales and business development, worked with high-end clientele is highly preferred
• Fluency in English, good command in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Be able to show an understanding of the sales process and dynamics along with superb interpersonal skills
• Strong experience in relationship building, experience attending conferences and trade shows, working meeting rooms and developing a good rapport with prospects
• Commitment to excellent customer service, must take initiative and be a self-starter
• Positive, can-do, hands on approach when faced with obstacles to success
• Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the structure of physical asset storage industry, D&J industry, Precious Metal industry, Fine Art industry as well as air freight forwarding, or logistics industry is a plus
