Role & Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

- Team Building: Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent to build a strong and cohesive team.
- Consulting: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proposal and Tender Response Generation: Create compelling proposals that align with client requirements and drive business. Suggest adaptations and improvements to existing products based on client feedback and market trends.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance industry.
- Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Revenue Targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets in alignment with company goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives..
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role in technology or consulting company selling to insurance companies.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance claim processes and software solutions.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve high performance.
- Team Building: Experience in recruiting and developing a successful sales team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically with a strong business acumen.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Good team player with self-confidence in mobilizing cross-team stakeholders to achieve department goals and project objective.
