We are one of Hong Kong's leading Out-of-Home (OOH) media companies with a mission to transform the OOH media landscape in Hong Kong. We are the exclusive agency for bus body exterior and interior advertising of Citybus, with over 1,700 buses operating across more than 350 routes. And we are the exclusive advertising operator of MTR advertising managing media resources across MTR’s East Rail Line, Tuen Ma Line, Light Rail and MTR Bus.
Bravo Media is built upon a team of talented, creative and industry professionals. Our team has amassed over five decade of experience in the creative and advertising market in the Asia Pacific region. We are expanding our footprint and are obtaining more exclusive Media rights across the OOH spectrum in Hong Kong.
We are now looking for a talented Sales Managerto join our creative, smart, and fun team! In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets, as well as coaching a team of sales executives to generate revenue for the MTR advertising business.
What you need to do:
- Achieve the company's sales objectives and revenue targets and manage all day-to-day sales activities.
- Work closely with the Sales leadership team to implement sales strategies and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Initiate different sales packages and agency programs to increase sales opportunities.
- Manage a good relationship with clients and media agencies.
What we need from you:
- At least 2 years of Sales experience in OOH industry with good track records.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong client and advertising agency networks
- Proficiency in Excel with strong data analytics skills.
