  • Provide secretarial and personal support;
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to gather business information and ensure effective communication and documents’ flow;
  • Prepare presentation PowerPoint;
  • Handle confidential and sensitive correspondences;
  • Assist in Trading Matter (Such as Look for & Communicate with Suppliers, Place Order, Arrange Payment & Shipment etc.)

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Degree holder in any disciplines, preferably with formal secretarial training  with minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Strong in time management, interpersonal skills and prioritization skills
  • Work independently, capable to handle confidential tasks with sensitivity;
  • Well organized, accurate, efficient & initiative with good interpersonal skill;
  • Great perception and able to work under pressure;
  • Speak & write fluent English and Chinese/Mandarin; 
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Capable in English & Chinese typing.
