Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to a Senior Executive
  • Manage daily workflows and business correspondence independently
  • Liaise between different internal departments and/or external business corporations
  • Coordinate family and household affairs such as travel logistics and other personal matters 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Management, Translation, or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Personal or Executive Assistant role in a sizable organization
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-minded
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse range of people
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, with initiative and flexible with good working attitudes
