Senior Account Executive / Account Executive
This role will be based in our client’s office, offering an opportunity to gain valuable in-house experience while coordinating advertising campaigns that drive success. You will support marketing initiatives and assist with administrative tasks to ensure that projects run smoothly and are managed effectively.
Responsibilities
Event Management and Customer Relationships
- Support the client’s brand team in managing and designing hospitality programs, including oversight of customer event tools and the on-site delivery of hospitality offerings.
- Assist in the on-site execution of the hospitality programs across various event sites, both in and out of stadia.
- Help manage internal stakeholder requests for hospitality services.
- Ensure adherence to budget processes and maintain budget integrity throughout.
Internal Employee Engagement
- Collaborate closely with the client’s activation agencies and internal communications department to develop an engaging internal communications plan that boosts employee engagement and pride in the sponsorship.
- Oversee the implementation and delivery of the internal engagement plan across multiple channels, managing internal approvals and on-site execution.
Marketing Evaluation
- Support the evaluation of program success against specific KPIs.
Brand Design & Management
- Provide comprehensive project management support.
- Contribute to the creation of a communications framework by engaging with various stakeholders.
- Assist with logistics and administration for regular forums, prepare customized training materials and follow up with internal teams and vendors.
- Support procurement, accounting and financial processes including vendor onboarding, payments and monthly reconciliations, while facilitating the sharing of best practices and insights across markets.
- Organize weekly team meetings by collecting agenda items, booking meeting rooms, taking minutes and producing materials for reports, plans newsletters and forums based on team input.
Requirements
- University graduated.
- At least one year of relevant experience preferably in advertising or marketing field, less experience will be considered as Account Executive.
- Strong schedule management and project organization skills.
- Detailed oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to convince and influence others effectively.
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese/Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
