Job Description
Key Duties :
- Manage clients’ projects including define deliverables, prepare project schedules, client pitching, proposal and presentation deck as well as contract preparation etc.
- Coordinating internal team for resources allocation, execution to campaign launch
- Ensure daily client-related projects and activities are executed flawlessly and efficiently
- Generate regular performance report for client’s review, analyze and suggest improvement for better result
- Assist in providing innovative, engaging advertising copywriting for social media platforms and website articles when necessary
- Assist in any assigned ad hoc projects
Characters / Qualifications:
- 1 - 3 years experience in media advertising / client side / client serving / digital projects / digital content platform will be an advantage
- Experience in serving health and pharmaceutical client will have an added advantage
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Strong interpersonal skills that able to work well with clients, agencies and internal team
- Self-motivated showing strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure
- Independent, detail minded and strong sense of responsibility
- Candidate with more experience will consider as Account Manager
