Senior Account Executive

We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing social media pages and managing the pages' enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients (FMCG & retail chain)
• Manage digital marketing projects and be responsible for their progress
• Prepare of social media content plan, reports, CS management etc.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and CS teams (HK and overseas)
• Other Ad-hoc account servicing duties as required.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any field
• At least 2-4 years of account service experience required
• Superior communication and account servicing skills
• Strong knowledge and solid experience in managing various social media platforms (i.e meta business manager, ad manager, Google MCC)
• Have experience in e-commerce projects is a plus
