Senior Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

• Reports to Accounting Manager
• Responsible for daily accounting processes and tasks
• Assist with month-end closing, quarterly and year-end audit reviews
• Assist in submitting quarterly reports to headquarters
• Dividend Document Preparation and tax computation etc
• Prepare HKFRS16 schedule for lease agreement
• Overseas reconciliation and profit sharing transactions
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Hold a Diploma in accounting or LCCI Level 2 or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of accounting related experience, in Japanese freight forwarder and logistics field is preferred but not essential
• Proficient in PC operations, including MS Word and Excel
• Good written and spoken skills in English and Cantonese
• Prioritize immediate available
• Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in accounting also welcome
