Senior Accounts Clerk / Accounting Officer

Job Scope:

You will play a crucial role in our finance department, ensuring efficient support for daily routines and ad hoc tasks with minimal supervision.

What you'll be doing

• Handle accounting works,  including processing of payments and receipts, recording financial transactions, filing and bank reconciliation;
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports;
• Assist with year-end closing activities, including annual audit and liaise with the external auditing parties;
• Take on other tasks relevant to the role as assigned by the Manager.

What we're looking for

• Possess a Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years’ accounting experience, preferably within the SMEs or logistics industry
• Proficiency in MS Excel is essential; knowledge in Accpac accounting software is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Right of abode in the HKSAR

** Candidates with more experience may be considered for the role of Accounting Officer.
