Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for office administration including facilities management, office supplies, sample management, vendor performance and office improvement/renovation work; 
  • Responsible for office relocation;
  • Supervise amahs and assist in reception duties; 
  • Take care of onboarding arrangement for new joiners and orientation; 
  • Assist in travel arrangements and related reports;
  • Support the rollouts of global HR & Administration initiatives and projects; 
  • Prepare regular reports on leave, attendance, and administrative expenses;  
  • Assist in other HR & administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • High Diploma in related discipline;
  • At least 6 years of working experience in Office Administration, preferably gained from a multinational/sizable company;
  • Experience in garment / sourcing industry a plus;
  • Experience in office relocation an advantage; 
  • Customer-oriented & flexible mind-set and proactive work attitude;
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and organization skills;
  • A good team player but can work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint; 
  • Candidates with less experience and qualification will be considered as Administration Officer.
