Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for office administration including facilities management, office supplies, sample management, vendor performance and office improvement/renovation work;
- Responsible for office relocation;
- Supervise amahs and assist in reception duties;
- Take care of onboarding arrangement for new joiners and orientation;
- Assist in travel arrangements and related reports;
- Support the rollouts of global HR & Administration initiatives and projects;
- Prepare regular reports on leave, attendance, and administrative expenses;
- Assist in other HR & administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High Diploma in related discipline;
- At least 6 years of working experience in Office Administration, preferably gained from a multinational/sizable company;
- Experience in garment / sourcing industry a plus;
- Experience in office relocation an advantage;
- Customer-oriented & flexible mind-set and proactive work attitude;
- Excellent negotiation, communication and organization skills;
- A good team player but can work independently with minimal supervision;
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint;
- Candidates with less experience and qualification will be considered as Administration Officer.
