Senior Architect / Chief Architect 

Responsibilities:
 

• Execute various types of projects and delivering design concept to project completion;
• Oversee the feasibility study, schematic design works and detailed design works;
• Able to build and maintain strong client relationships;
• Supervise various contractors and able to handle all project issues and resolve potential clashes efficiently;
• Review design proposals, tender documents and reports;
• Compliance with building ordinance, regulations, and requirements of public utilities as well as local practice;
• Responsible & monitor for all stages and facets of project(s) including but not limited to sketch-planning, estimates, specifications, contract drawing and documents, tender action, contract supervision, and financial control etc.

Requirements:
 

•  Registered Architect (HKIA or RIBA);
•  Master holder in Architecture Studies or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience;
• Familiar with planning, design and execution, project management and building regulations in Hong Kong;
• Experience in local government submissions and approval procedures; 
• Team leading abilities with positive working attitude and detail-oriented;
• Good project management and communication skills;
• Fluency in Cantonese and English;
