Job Description

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / technical institute / technical college or equivalent;
• Attainment of 'Level 2' or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE / HKCEE (Syllabus B);
• At least 10 years relevant site experience including 6 years post qualification experience in the capacity of Building Services Inspector;
• Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Building Services Inspector/ Assistant Building Services Inspector;
• Work on Construction Site in Hong Kong (Tseung Kwan O Site or Queen Mary Hospital Site) or Pre-fabrication Factory in PRC.
