Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-quality project delivery within a defined timescale
• Perform user requirement gathering and analysis
• Communicate and cooperate with all clients’ application-related parties and departments
• Prepare requirement-related specification and documentation
• Implement monitoring and reporting tools for seamless project tracking
• Engage stakeholders in functional test, user acceptance test, regression test and performance test to ensure the deliverables meeting users’ expectations
• Work closely with development teams and testing teams for systems development

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Studies, Finance, Computer Science or Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of business analysis experience in banking industry
• Relevant practical experience of Credit/ Core banking/ Trade finance/ BCP/ Operational Resilience/ Branch/ Digital or SME.
• Good Knowledge of Banking product and service
• Experience in JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua
