Senior Business Analyst - IT (SAP FICO)

Major Responsibilities

• Analysis and refine business flow incorporate with IT tools
• Develop advanced reports and dashboards using various BI and analytics tools
• Perform complex data analysis to uncover business insights and trends
• Liaise with users, IT teams and service providers for project activities and meetings.
• Participate in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and implementing IT systems
• Applying relevant AI tools to enhance system efficiency and transparency
• Design and develop systems specifications
• Propose and explore new applications for company
• Occasional travel to mainland China, Singapore and Malaysia is required
• Configure and optimize SAP FICO to meet the organization's financial
• Troubleshoot complex SAP FICO issues and develop solutions
• Lead SAP FICO-related projects, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• SAP experience is a must (FICO)
• Cloud experience is an advantage e.g. AWS and Azure
• AI application experience is an advantage
• 5 years IT related work experience
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work under pressure and deadline
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English and interpersonal skills
