Senior CAD Engineer

工作内容 (Job Descriptions)：

• 了解各种数字/定制/模拟版图后仿流程的要求; (Knowledgeable of various digital/custom/analog layout and post layout simulation processes)
• 开发和定制设计流程, 周期更新设计流程文档和提供内部培训; (Develop and customize design flows, renew design documentation and provide internal training)
• 提高交付质量和工艺厂标准合规性; (Improve deliverable quality and foundry ISO compliance)
• 专注于可靠性和物理验证流程改进; (Focus on Reliability and Physical Verification Flow improvement)
• 支持设计团队，解决前端和后端等工具使用中的困难; (Support design teams and resolve frontend and backend EDA tool issues)
• 与设计人员合作，帮助开发和定制数模混合接口自动化验证流程，协调与Foundry厂的对外沟通工作，包括设计工艺、维护PDK、更新工艺文件等等; (Collaborate with design team to develop/improve mixed-signal flow and automation, maintain foundry PDKs and techfiles)
• 搭建CAD、EDA运行环境，负责Linux、设计环境运维工作，保证服务器的稳定、高效以及数据安全。 (Build and maintain the CAD/EDA design environment, Linux servers and data security)

任职资格 (Qualifications)：

• 本科及以上学历，硕士优先，计算机/电子/微电子/通信等专业毕业;  (Bachelor’s degree or above, Master’s degree preferred in Computer Science/Computer Engineering /Electronics/Microelectronics/Communications or related discipline)
• 具有至少8年以上IC行业CAD经验; (8 years or above of solid experience in CAD/EDA field)
• 熟练使用EDA/CAD工具、流程设置和模拟layout布局; (Proficiency in EDA/CAD tools and knowledgeable of IC design flow)
• 工作认真负责，具备较强的沟通能力和良好的团队合作精神; (strong communication and teamwork skills)
• 熟悉Linux系统，有较强的IT能力; (knowledgeable of Linux OS and IT support)
• 英语能作为日常工作语言。(English is the common language at work)
