Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and follow-up
  • Handle with written reports of complaints and compliance
  • Provide professional response and propose solutions on customers’ enquiries.
  • Coordinate with overseas offices, various departments, shipping lines, vendors and customers on daily operations.
  • Check and issue shipping documents, billings and input data with high accuracy.
  • Assist management on supervise the team to enhance flows and efficiency.
  • Lead the teams on daily workflow and problem solving proactively.
  • Complete tasks assigned by management in punctuality.
    Prepare monthly reports and administration tasks
  • Suggest and draft process improvements
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by request

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Service and Administration
  • Strong customer experience is an advantage
  • Good command of Cantonese and English (spoken, written, and typing)
  • Independent, patient, good communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
