Senior / Data Engineer (Media Agency)

Job Description

• Responsible for the development, implementation and on-going support for OMG's data driven solutions
• Collaborate with teams to implement advanced analytics solutions such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), AI-driven social listening, and automated marketing dashboards.
• Leverage generative AI technologies to enhance reporting, social listening processes, and competitive analysis.
• Integrate with 3rd party APIs, including AdTech APIs, to facilitate seamless data consumption and enhance platform functionality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build solutions that achieve business objectives.
• Follow best practices in data architecture and data processing.
• Develop technical documentation for each solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Sciences, or its equivalent.
• Motivated, loves to continually learn and builds software utilizing modern technologies and strong engineering practices.
• 3+ years' experience creating scalable ETL pipelines.
• Solid experience with SQL and databases is a must
• Hands on experience with building cloud infrastructure and data processing technologies
• Understanding of media measurement and currency datasets
• Experience and thorough understanding of RESTful APIs is required (AdTech APIs preferred).
• Knowledge and experience in Python, specifically working with any data manipulation/analysis library is required 
• Experience with Google cloud platform would be preferred.
• Comfortable with data warehousing concepts, preparing data, and configuring automated workflows.
• Experience connecting and merging disparate datasets.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as senior data engineer. 

Working Location: Cyberport (數碼港), Hong Kong
