JOB SUMMARY:
As part of the digital role in the food portfolio, this incumbent would plan and execute digital marketing activities, measure performance of all digital marketing campaigns, identify trends and insights for our products/services. The incumbent will work closely with internal and external parties from our focus industries to deliver contents of high professional standards.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement digital marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives
- Drive website traffic, brand awareness, customer engagement and increase the leads number through existing digital marketing channels and online platforms
- Produce high standards of marketing materials (including copies and visuals) for online channels including website, social media and external online media
- Monitor performance and results of digital marketing campaigns, review and adjust strategies if needed
- Explore and evaluate new digital marketing channels suitable for our services and market segments, and proactively bring in new ideas and update market trend
- Gather market intelligence and researches to gain customer insight
- Assist onsite marketing campaigns at exhibitions and support other offline marketing activities
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 4-5 years of work experience in related field with a minimum of 3 years in digital marketing
- Degree holder or above in Marketing / Advertising / Business or related discipline
- Practical hands-on project management experience in campaign management and marketing automation within B2B environment
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Facebook Ad Manager is a must
- Experience with leading marketing tool such as Eloqua and HTML is an advantage
- Experience with Mainland China digital marketing tools is an advantage
- Experience in marketing agency and exhibition industry, is an advantage
- A self-motivated and innovative person who stays abreast of digital marketing trend and best industry practice
- Excellent command in written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Cooperative, flexible and initiative
- Capable to work under pressure in tight deadlines
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
