Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to visa and immigration enquiries;
- Manage students' portfolios, building and maintaining positive and professional client relationships throughout the entire application process
- Engage with students and their parents to understand their academic background, career goals, and aspirations.
- Assist students in completing application forms, preparing supporting documents, and meeting submission deadlines. Ensure accuracy and completeness of application materials, including academic transcripts, reference letters, and personal statements.
- Provide guidance on the student visa application process, including documentation requirements and deadlines.
- Communicate and meet with schools/colleges representatives to follow up on students' applications
- Maintain ongoing communication with students, parents, and institutional partners through various channels, such as email, phone calls, and in-person meetings. Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns to provide excellent customer service and foster positive relationships.
- Possess strong written and spoken English skills to effectively communicate with students, parents, and institutional partners. Ensure clarity and accuracy in written correspondence and deliver articulate presentations.
- Researching information from different sources, including but not limited to government websites, online literature, and legal sources;
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- A good degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the area of global mobility and/or immigration
- Good understanding of Australia, U.K. and U.S. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
- Content researching and drafting skills definitely a plus
- Ability and common sense to provide accurate immigration advice
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure
- Ability to work independently and a good team player
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
