Senior Engineer / Engineer (Building Services / P&D / FS / HVAC)

The Requirement :  

• Master / Degree / Bachelor Degree / High Diploma / Associate Degree in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or other related disciplines
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Prior engineering consulting work experience will be an advantage
• Proficiency in both  written and spoken English and Chinese.  Good command of Putonghua will be an advantage
• Responsible for preparation of design, authorities' submission, tender deliverables and project coordination
• Could manage and lead the project team independently (for Senior Engineer)
