We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior ERP Transformation Manager to join our team and lead the large-scale ERP transformation program. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the upgrade of our procurement and finance modules, ensuring the successful execution of this multi-year, USD 10+ million program. You will collaborate closely with key business units, including finance and purchasing, and work alongside a big4 consulting partner and a sizeable internal team.
As the Senior ERP Transformation Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving this critical initiative, managing complex IT projects, and ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include stakeholder management, proactive problem-solving, and maintaining a hands-on approach to keep the project on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the ERP transformation program, overseeing the upgrade of procurement and finance modules.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a high-level project overview while being hands-on enough to identify potential problems early.
- Engage and manage key stakeholders, including vendors, business users, and internal IT teams.
- Drive the project forward with a proactive and ownership mindset.
- Plan and prepare for potential challenges, thinking steps ahead to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Work closely with Directors and Senior Managers to propose and implement strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Able to take ownership and drive a full transformation project
- Proven experience managing large-scale programs with budgets over USD 10 million, ideally with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to maintain an overview and keep the project on track.
- Hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and the ability to foresee potential problems.
- Experience engaging the right stakeholders for the next steps and driving the project forward.
- Preferred background in consulting, demonstrating an ownership mindset and proactive approach.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
