Senior Estimator / Estimator (Facade)

Responsibilities:

• Study tender documents including tender specification and drawings
• Carry out quantity take-off
• Make quotation enquiry to material suppliers and sub-contractors
• Maintain and update the cost data as required
• Prepare entire cost estimation works based on preliminary tender design drawings and calculation
• Responses to queries raised during the tender process

 Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying / Building Construction or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimating
• Experiences in external facade is an advantage
• Good communication and supervisory skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Estimator
