Senior Event & Marketing Officer

Responsibilities 

• Manage event logistics for Company events, including but not limited to annual dinner, team building, staff engagement events. Provide professional advice and alternatives, prepare quotation and contract draft.

• Maintain event records: keep accurate record of all event details, critiques, and post-event feedback for future reference and improvement.

• Prepare marketing materials: prepare and update marketing collaterals and promotional campaigns for events.

• Support marketing campaign development: assist in the formulation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote events.

• Content Creation for social media platforms: draft and develop marketing communication content for various platforms.

• Ad-hoc tasks and special projects: take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.

Requirements

• University degree holder, preferably in Communications, Marketing, PR or related disciplines

• Minimum 4 years' solid experience and working in Advertising / PR agency / NGO is preferred

• Experience in handling brand advertising and event management

• Highly organized and attention to details

• A good storyteller with excellent communication and language skills

• May need to travel to China

• A creative and can-do attitude, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent, good leadership, able to work in a multi-disciplinary team and under pressure
