AMAZINGTHING relentlessly pursues greater perfection. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will join a team of 6 creative professionals for a premium mobile accessories brand. A successful candidate will work closely with the Creative Director, the remote design team, the Head of Global Marketing, and the Head of Product. He/she unnecessarily comes from the same industry but must be able to demonstrate his/her skills' excellence that can be tested and proven in the global market. Responsibilities:
Design Operation:
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team to create and maintain a consistent visual identity for multiple brands across all platforms.
- Adapt and modify standard packaging and promotional materials according to market requirements and guidelines.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a comprehensive design library, including graphic assets, templates, and style guides.
- Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery of assets.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely production of design materials.
Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to develop creative materials for various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Create visually engaging content for digital and print channels, including social media posts, website graphics, brochures, flyers, product catalogues, presentations, POSM, and advertisements.
- Perform market research and analysis to identify consumer insights and trends, contributing to developing effective marketing strategies.
- Support the team in organising and executing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
Specialised Skill Set:
- Make use of your own skill set, provide insight, and proactively contribute to brand development and related marketing initiatives.
Requirement:
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand strategy and creative concept development.
- Excellent graphic design skills with a deep understanding of design principles, also skilled in at least one of the other creative areas.
- Detailed-minded and efficient working.
- Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills between departments.
- Strategic thinking to drive brand growth and engagement.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and consumer behaviour.
- Strong project management and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere or After Effects is a must. Knowledge in 3D-related skills is a plus.
