Senior IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1、Digital Project Leadership: Lead significant digital transformation projects, including scoping, internal pitching, implementation, and post-project evaluation to measure success and ROI.
2、IT Budget: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation. 
3、Enterprise IT Policy Leadership: Develop and implement enterprise IT policies in collaboration with business leaders, technology vendors, and IT teams to create a secure, efficient, and cost-effective IT environment.
4、Technology Enablement: Champion IT enablement initiatives focused on the enhancement and adoption of cutting-edge technologies and systems to drive operational efficiency.
5、IT Business Partnership: Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-year IT blueprint aligned with the Group’s overall strategic goals.
6、Infrastructure Management: Oversee the execution and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure and applications for multi-sites, ensuring seamless performance and scalability.
7、Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders to ensure IT solutions meet the evolving needs of the business.
8、Team Management: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals across sites, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. 
9、Travel: Occasional travel may be required to support global operations.

Requirements:
1、Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2、Minimum 10 years of experience in managing the IT department of a sizable company.
3、Proven experience in overseeing and advising the IT strategies and operations.
4、Proven IT knowledge and experience in Manufacturing industry. 
5、Proven track record in managing complex IT projects and senior-level stakeholder management.
6、Strong technical acumen across a wide range of technologies, including MS365, ERP systems, digital solutions and other enterprise technologies.
7、Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
