Senior IT Specialist

We are a Hong Kong-based company with a strong presence in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, operating multiple retail stores. Committed to innovation and operational efficiency, we are looking for an IT Specialist to join our team and oversee IT hardware, network, and system support across our headquarters and retail locations.

Job Responsibilities

·      Manage and maintain IT hardware, network, and infrastructure for the Hong Kong headquarter and retail stores in HK and APAC.

·      Administer and monitor in-house servers and networks (including maintenance, troubleshooting, backups, and performance optimization).

·      Coordinate and oversee local IT vendors in retail locations, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, network, and system issues.

·      Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware-related problems (e.g., computers, printers, networking devices).

·      Assist in improving IT processes to enhance system reliability and security.

·      Occasionally travel to Southeast Asian stores for on-site support or vendor coordination (low frequency).

Requirements

·      Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is required

·      Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or system administration, with server management experience preferred.

·      Proficiency in Windows/Linux servers, networking equipment (routers, switches, etc.), and office hardware.

·      Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle IT emergencies independently.

·      Fluent in English and Cantonese, with good Mandarin skills for effective communication with regional teams and vendors.

·      Detail-oriented, responsible, and a good team player

·      Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude.
