Job Description

★ Working Days and Hours  (Monday to  Friday 9:00am-5:30pm)

Requirements :

  • F.5 or above ;
  • At least 3years relevant experience (Senior) ;
  • No relevant experience but clerical work experience in office setting is a must (Junior) ;
  • Proficiency computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Access etc. ;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform full set of secretarial duties of private companies in Hong Kong ;
  • Maintain and update company secretarial records, registers and statutory filings ;
  • Assist in preparing due diligence / KYC documents according to internal procedures ;
  • Ensure the day-to-day compliance with the relevant statutory/regulatory requirements as well
  • as corporate policies ;
  • Handle and deal with inquiries from clients on company secretarial matters ;
  • Perform other administrative matters, clerical and various tasks as assigned.

★ Immediate available is highly preferred

★ Location (Mongkok)
