Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with buying, merchandising, warehouse teams at Headquarters and various regional offices for order fulfilment and logistics arrangement; 
  • Serve as the central contact point for handling logistics and warehouse inquiries from customers or other internal teams;
  • Manage import and export shipment, transactions and documentation; 
  • Input data into in-house order system, conduct analysis and prepare regular reports; 
  • Work closely with internal production team to ensure suppliers can meet on-time production, delivery and on market deadlines
  • Conduct process flow training to new vendor for all the markets requirements if necessary; 
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
  • The candidate with customer service experience is highly preferred.

 

Job Requirements 

  • Higher diploma in logistics, Supply Chain or Business related discipline
  • 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably gained in buying office or retail industry
  • Customer-oriented mindset with patient manner & good working attitude
  • A good team player with sound interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office with knowledge of ERP a plus
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
