Senior Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Head the HK and Macau operation team to plan and manage full set of logistics operation, including shipping, warehouse operation and deliveries
• Establish and improve SOPs and conduct regular KPI analysis and reporting to management to ensure effective operation
• Lead the development and implementation of logistics solution, operation & system flow for new customers/ operations as needed
• Maintain effective business relationships with clients and suppliers; and work closely with internal departments.
• Provide regular performance reports and analysis on warehouse and delivery operation

Requirements

• Degree or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 12 years’ relevant experience, with exposure in 3PL logistics industry. Candidates with less experience can be considered as Manager
• Strong in Logistics System enhancement
• Self-motivated, independent, can handle complicated issues with flexibility and able to adopt in a fast-paced industry
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Willing to travel to Macau for work
