Job Description

Responsibilities:
 

  • Establish a holistic understanding of market trends, the competitive landscape, and deep consumer insights to identify brand and product opportunities;
  • Identify opportunities, develop and execute marketing activities to meet brand, financial and market share objectives;
  • Lead key execution to improve business performance including brand communication, media planning, price & promotion planning and NPD development etc.;
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of brand communication initiatives, utilizing data to fine-tune strategies and enhance outcomes.

Requirements:
 

  • Degree holder in Business Management or Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years’ brand & marketing management experience, preferably gained from FMCG sectors
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and can work well with external and internal part
  • Strong problem-solving, analytic skill, detailed-oriented, proactive and responsible mindsets
  • Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Brand Manager
