Senior Officer / Assistant Manager (Partnership & Youth Advancement)

Responsibilities:

• To support different youth development projects and prepare proposals for funding application
• To support the implementation and management of different projects by providing administrative support and work closely with internal and external project partners on project execution
• To collect and prepare different data analytics and information on specific topics
• To consolidate progress report and provide secretarial support for any committees and working groups of the project
• Appointees may be required to travel to Mainland China on need basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Social Sciences or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience, including 2 years’ relevant work experience in the education sector or in project management
• Good communication, management skills and sense of responsibility
• Chinese Word Processing (倉頡或速成), MS Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Candidates with experience in tertiary education is an advantage
