The Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Product Developer / Product Developer to join our Hong Kong team. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in production or product design
• Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, hardworking, and detail-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Oversee the product development process, set timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
2. Account Management: Work closely with international clients to develop customized lighting solutions and ensure satisfaction.
3. Vendor Coordination: Maintain regular communication with suppliers to track progress and resolve issues.
4. Lighting development: Collaborate with clients and vendors to translate design concepts into sellable products.
5. Prototyping & Testing: Participate in prototyping and refine designs to meet performance and safety standards.
6. Documentation: Prepare detailed product specifications and manufacturing guidelines.
