Senior Project Engineer/ Project Engineer (Energy Saving, Engineering)

Responsibilities

• Create SOW & related document for energy saving projects
• Coordinate and supervise on-site with the nominated contractors to ensure the project delivery on budget, in time and fulfil the requirement.
• Responsible for Reports and Analysis
• Engage internal stakeholder, liaise directly with on-site operation teams to communicate and implement.
• Conduct project survey, supervise the onsite T&C and measurement when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Building Services, Engineering, Energy, or related engineering field.
• At least 3 years’ experience managing projects related to Engineering or Energy or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Candidate with more experience could be considered as Senior Project Engineer.
• Hands-on experience in retrofitting of E & M, Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning or Energy saving project is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in IOT implementation is an advantage.
• Sounds knowledge of BMS, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Electrical Power System is preferred.
• Good at in MS office application.
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese). 
• Energetic & highly motivated.
