Senior Project Executive / Assistant Project Manager

About the role

Hattrick Creative Limited is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Executive or Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in our office in Cheung Sha Wan, Sham Shui Po District. As part of our Projects team, you will play a key role in the delivery of exciting exhibitions and projects that showcase our client's brands.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and develop innovative exhibition concepts and experiences
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely completion of events
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns
• Monitor and report on event performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Support the team in any other marketing and communications initiatives as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event management or project management, preferably in the exhibition / event industry
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
• Proficient in using project management tools and software
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
