Senior Project Executive / Project Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and success metrics
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, communicate issues, and implement corrective actions
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within budgets and timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans
• Monitor project progress, address risks, and update plans as needed
• Work closely with Marketing to support event management, sponsorship, and partnerships
• Assist with budget control and financial reporting for assigned projects
• Facilitate proactive and effective stakeholder communication and coordination
• Analyze performance data, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and provide project updates to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of project management experience in sports tech or interactive entertainment
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects
• Outgoing personality with excellent presentation and communication skills
• Organized and aggressive approach to project delivery
• Strong project planning, execution, and control skills
• Experience in event management and partnership support
• In-depth understanding of agile methodologies
• Proficiency in budget control, financial reporting, and data analysis
• Adaptable to different project management approaches, with focus on agile
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities
• Adept at using project management tools and data analytics technologies
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to team collaboration
• Flexible and adaptable to handle ad-hoc assignments
• Demonstrable leadership qualities and dedication to team development
• Less experience will be considered for Project Executive.
