Senior Site Engineer / Site Engineer (Building Services)

Responsibilities:

• Manage site progress, conduct site inspections, and monitor site works and DfMA/pre-fab installations.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and internal parties to ensure site works are performed smoothly, safely, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate work sequences and interfacing details between building services installations and builder's requirements.
• Prepare work records and report daily site progress, technical submissions, and applications for permits.
• Provide daily site quality observation reports and follow up on rectifications.
• Night shift work may be required when necessary.
• Project Location: Kwu Tung 古洞 MTR Station.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in building services coordination or installation for large-scale projects, preferably in railway projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidates with additional experience, supervisory roles, or higher qualifications may be considered for the Senior Site Engineer position.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
