The Integrated Learning Programme (ILP) is a key co-curricular programme in the University which provides students with abundant opportunities for out-of-classroom learning. The candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of projects/courses under ILP to enhance students’ learning experience.
 

Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop quality experiential learning activities for the ILP
  • Support the ILP Team in the management, administration and implementation of the ILP activities, including course development, programme promotion, and quality assurance 
  • Design promotional materials for ILP activities
  • Assist supervisor(s) in report writing, data management and analysis
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s) 
  • Travel to the Mainland or other countries occasionally for work assignments 
  • Work outside normal office hours (including weekends) when required

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree with at least five years’ relevant experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector
  • Solid and relevant experience in event management
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, webpage applications and social media promotion
  • Good database management skills
  • Good problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Good rapport with colleagues and teams
  • Good command of both written and verbal English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

Candidates with less/more experience will be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.
 

Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
