About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior System Analyst to work with our SaaS platform development team. In this role, you will drive the architectural and technical vision, coop with a team of developers, and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with a blend of hands-on technical expertise and proven leadership skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software and system solutions tailored to meet business requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and improve business processes and systems.
• Research emerging technologies and industry best practices, integrating them into existing systems to enhance functionality and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications and user manuals.
• Proficiency in NestJS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, microservice architecture, and AWS is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in Java programming.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices, such as Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
• Solid understanding of database management and SQL.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Java frameworks, including Spring Boot, Spring Security, and JPA.
• Perform code reviews on both frontend and backend pull requests from developers to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Provide ongoing training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of system features and functionality.
• Lead and contribute to project planning, execution, and successful delivery within defined timelines.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to align with business goals.
• Ensure systems comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.
• Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning to optimize system performance and scalability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and systems analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with database technologies, particularly Postgres.
• Solid understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
