SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER / TECHNICAL OFFICER

Requirements

• Degree/ Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Electrical / Building Study / Facility Management or related disciplines
• For Commercial Team: Not less than 3 years working experience in related works for commercial office / shopping arcade is preferred
• For Residential Team: Not less than 3 years working experience in related works for residential building / luxury residential building is preferred
• Experience in Property & Facilities Management or Consultant is preferred

Responsibilities

• To carry out the A&A works and renovation works
• Liaise with internal parties and contractors to resolve operational problems in building facilities and prepare technical specification for upgrading/ enhancement works
• Monitor and supervise daily operations & maintenance of E&M facilities
