SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER / TECHNICAL OFFICER (MONG KOK - RESIDENTIAL)

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise the chiller plant system daily operations of the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation and to enhance the service standard for the residential development
• Propose and monitor necessary improvements and modifications to existing M/E plants / building facilities as well as planned maintenance schedule
• Liaise with relevant parties to ensure a smooth operation
• Supervise emergency maintenance works and liaise with relevant parties to ensure smooth operation
• Prepare related reports, tender documents and follow up the contract administration 

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building Services or MVAC related disciplines with at least 5 years of experience or Higher diploma with 3 years of experience
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate A or above is preferred 
• Minimum 3 years' experience in property & facilities management gained in property management companies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to lead a team of technical staff with minimum supervision
• Willing to take initiative, to meet challenges and able to work independently 
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Technical Officer
