Service Coordinator (Child Care)

Key Responsibilities：

• Develop the capacities of child care and related practitioners to ensure the assigned service are delivered in compliance with related regulations and professional standards, according to funding bodies, including SWD, EDB, Lotteries’ Fund, etc.
• Review and upgrade quality of child care services to meet the needs of children and parents according to Society’s strategies and plans.
• Implement with monitoring and continuous review of service policies and procedures governing child care and parent education.
• Keep track of service and professional development of child care services and bring in new ideas, innovation and resources to achieve service efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability.
• Handle correspondence and enquiries on service operation, service marketing and liaison with government departments and related stakeholders etc.

Requirements:

• A recognized Degree or above in Early Childhood Education or Social Work. 
• At least 5 years of supervisory experiences, preferably in child care services for infants and toddlers and in parent support and education.
• Excellent leadership, staff management, interpersonal and team building skills.
• Strategic thinking and good planning, organising and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
