Service Engineer - Airport

ARINC Inc., part of a US public listed corporation, is a leading global provider of Outsourced Managed IT Services and Maintenance Support Services for airports and the aviation industry.

We are currently looking for Service Engineer to join our team working at the Hong Kong International Airport.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite field engineering support services on various IT Desktop, Network and Peripheral hardware and software systems (in restricted area).
• Perform and conduct IT PC and Connectivity hardware and software
  troubleshooting, installations, settings and configurations.
• Responsible for attending fault calls and restore the systems within the required Service Levels.
• Assist with configuring and troubleshooting network connectivity, cabling and networking hardware.
• Required to work in airport restricted areas.
  
  

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in on-site customer IT service. (Fresh Graduates are welcomed too.)
• Diploma / Certificate holder in Computing or related studies.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Platform Operations, MS Office functionality.
• Experience in IT PC hardware installation / settings and configuration.
• Familiarity with general PC backup and restore applications and related process workflow.
• Basic English is required.
• Work on shift (including Overnight shift)

Work arrangement:

• 5 Days a week.
• 9 hours per shift with 1-hour break.
