Service Engineer III / Technician

Responsibilities :

• Provide telephone, email and onsite installation, repair & technical support to our clients
• Deliver & set up company’s devices at user site
• Provide support on IT/IOT/RFID/AUTO-ID system and device
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements :

• F.5/DSE or above (with knowledge in Electronic Engineering or equivalent is an advantage)
• 1-2 years on-site working experience on repairing business machine
•  Holder of CCNA, MCP, MCSE is an advantage
•  PC/Networking knowledge is preferred 
•  Independent, hardworking and self-motivated
•  Good command in Cantonese
•  Willing to perform shift duty (09:15 to 18:00 or 13:15 to 22:00 or 22:00 to 08:00), 5 days in a week depends on roster, shift duty allowance will be provided
• Applicant with less experience will be considered as the post of "Technician"
