職位描述
Responsibilities 工作內容:
- Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the Shack. 協助管理日常營運
- Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. 管理服務流程以秉持安全﹑高質及高效的標準
- Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members. 協助團隊的成長及發展以提供優越表現
- Complete operational support functions (i.e. Inventory, etc.) 提供分店日常營運的支援 (如庫存管理)
Requirements 要求:
- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team 具1年餐飲營運管理經驗
- Strong problem-solving skills 能獨立處理問題
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal 具溝通能力,包括書寫
- Hygiene Supervisor Training Course certification, strongly preferred 具「衛生督導員」認證優先
