SHIPPING CLERK

Jobs duties

  • Responsible for handle full set of Export document, L/C and Bank documents, filing, Tradelink Declaration
  • Coordinate with customer, factory and forwarder for shipping arrangement
  • Data input and general clerical support to Shipping Department
  • Experience in handling EXPORT Shipment to US / European Countries

Requirement

  • Over 3 years relevant experience
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Proficient in PC skills, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Self-motivated, well organized, with strong sense of responsibility
  • Hardworking, willing to learn
  • Short notice or immediate available is preferable
