Job Description

Responsibility

·       Manage the daily operations of assigned shops to maximize sales & productivity, manpower efficiency and guest service standard

·       Lead the team to achieve the company objectives, business targets, services standard, and hygiene standard

·       Build and maintain customer relationships, handle customer complaints, and manage crisis situations.

·       Effectively monitor P&L and manpower plan and cost management

·       Ensure providing the required high levels of service quality and dining environment

·       Recruit and develop high performance frontline team

·       Prepare analysis and action plans for tackling market trends and make recommendations accordingly

·       Design and deliver training programs for frontline staff

·       Conduct field coaching

·       Support ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements

·       Diploma holder in a relevant discipline with 5 or above relevant experience at supervisory level (candidates with lower qualifications but exceptional service record may also apply)

·       A good team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills

·       Quality-and-service-oriented, strong leadership and people management skills

·       Good in Hygiene knowledge

·       Good commands of both spoken Chinese, English and Putonghua

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Shop Manager

·       支援的臨時項目

 

要求

·       持有相關學科的文憑,並具有5年以上的相關管理經驗(具有較低學歷但服務記錄卓越的候選人亦可申請)

·       具備良好的團隊合作精神,優秀的人際溝通能力

·       以質量和服務為導向,具備強大的領導能力和人員管理技巧

·       具備良好的衛生知識

·       良好的中文、英文和普通話口語能力

·       具有較少經驗的候選人將被考慮為分店副經理
