Site Agent / Sub Agent

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 10 years post professional qualification experience in construction contracts, among which at least 8 years relevant experience should be as a main contractor's Site Agent; and
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as Site Agent in the use of NEC contracts or be accredited Project Manager on site with overall responsibilities for infrastructural works;
• Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (MHKIE) or equivalent in Civil discipline is preferred;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sub Agent.
