Site Foreman / Assistant Site Foreman - Night Shift

• Form 5 / HKDSE
• Holder of Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent is an advantage
• Equip with T1 qualification and Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Minimum 1 year solid site experience in building renovation projects, Metal works and in railways projects with MTR CP is an advantage.
• Supervise and manage site issues (including quality, safety, environment), the construction drawings, work with sub-contractors in different trades & follow up the site progress, etc.
• Mon to Sat. : 23:30 pm - 05:30 am
• Mature, proactive and strong interpersonal skill
• Sound knowledge of computer skills

地盤科文/助理地盤科文 - 夜班

• 中五或以上
• 持有關建築工程證書/文憑優先
• 具有安全督導員或 T1 證書優先
• 最少 1年地盤管理有關建築維修及金屬工程經驗, 有鐵路工程及港鐵CP經驗優先考慮
• 負責地盤監督品質及安全環保事項, 處理施工圖, 與各項分判商工作聯絡及跟進進度等工作
• 星期一至六: 23:30 pm 至 上05:30 am
• 成熟、主動、具良好人際溝通技巧
• 懂一般電腦知識
