Working Location:
Hong Kong Island, Kwun Tong and Islands Districts
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a sub-team to plan, implement and evaluate services to families of ethnic minority and prepare service reports and statistics;
- Render outreaching service and provide on-the-spot intervention and conduct service referral;
- Render casework, group, programs and cooperate with the mainstream social / welfare services and local stakeholders on service provisions;
- Shift duty on Saturdays, Sundays and nights.
Job Requirements:
- Registered Social Worker;
- Degree or above in Social Work or equivalent;
- Have Level 2 / Grade E or above in English Language and Chinese Language in HKDSE / HKCEE or equivalent;
- Relevant experiences in ethnic minorities service, family service, casework setting or outreaching settings are preferred;
- Fluency in English and Chinese;
- Able to speak a minority language such as Urdu, Hindi or Nepal will be preferred.
Remuneration is based on the Master Pay Scale of Common Posts in NGOs and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
